Fattoria gets daily shipments direct from the market.. We will have a daily raw bar selection, and seasonal local favorites.
Our farms do not use toxic synthetic chemical pesticides, herbicides, and fertilizers, nor do they use artificial hormones or antibiotics.
Must reserve 4 - 5 business days in advance. 6 people is the minimum required, 8 people is the maximum. A credit card is required to guarantee the booking and will NOT be charged. The pig is a special order and we are reserving the slaughter, delivery and table. You may cancel within 4 days prior to the dinner without charge. If you arrive with less than six people you will be charged for 6 guests.
Swine Dinner $65 per person- Includes a appetizer, the crispy glistening pig along with 3 side dishes (greens, potatoes and vegetables) and choice of dessert. When the pig arrives the chef comes to the table and breaks the pig down off of the carcass. Guests may interact with the chef as he does this.
